The Foundry Success Story
Formed by the merger of 3 practice in Lewes in 2019, Foundry has been recognised nationally in the Fuller Stocktake for the way it has improved care using a multidisciplinary team. Saving 12,490 bed days over a 5 year period at the same time as improving staff well being and practice income. Working across 4 sites with 120 staff and 15 different roles creates an opportunity to work better together but also an organisational challenge. After reaching the limits of the capabilities of spreadsheets and finding no other platforms that could manage the challenge Foundry linked together with GP Networks to create Tempo a platform to manage all of the complexity of primary care.
