Tempo Overview: Tempo is a web-based platform used by GP practices, managed by Foundry Healthcare, to manage various operational tasks such as staff schedules, leave, rotas, and costs. Account Types: Hub Admin Account: This account is for administrators who manage the entire system and workforce. Staff Account: All employees, including non-clinical staff and self-employed workers, have a staff account. It allows users to manage personal work schedules, request time off, and interact with the organization. Staff accounts can be accessed via both a web browser and the Tempo app. How to Get Started: Register: Visit the Tempo homepage and sign up for a staff account by filling out a form and choosing your role. Activate: After registration, Tempo sends an email with an activation link to confirm your account. Join Foundry Hub: Once your account is activated, log in and request to join the Foundry Hub by going to the "Manage Hubs" section and selecting Foundry Health Hub. Connecting with Foundry Hub: After joining a hub, Hub Admins can manage your profile, work schedules, leave requests, and other related tasks within the Hub.
